C30 Single Tube Endfinisher Machine

The Hautau C30 endfinishing machine chamfers, faces and bores tube or bar ends, up to 3" with high precision.  And with our precise electro-hydraulic tool feed, you get short cycle times and long tool life.

Spindle speed changes are automatic based on tube diameter, and stored programs can be quickly loaded for fast changeover.

Rigid tool mounting is ensured by either a four (4) bolt flange mount or the optional quick-change system.

The automatic-retracting tube stop allows tubes to be located from either the chamfered end or the opposite end, and prevents the tube from contacting the cutters during loading.  Axial locating of the tube is positive, eliminating length variance due to improper loading.

We can supply complete link-up systems from our RC30 rotating-head tube cutoff machines, for applications that require high-volume tube boring or tube grooving.  If you need to chamfer long mill lengths, we can integrate a pair of C30s into your existing system.
