C50 Single Tube Endfinisher Machine

The mid-range C50 endfinishing machine can bevel, bore, face and groove tubing or bar up to 5" diameter. Our heavy box-frame construction keeps all chucking and cutting forces contained within the frame, so there's virtually no deflection. The electro-hydraulic feed is mounted on-center, providing the solid thrust and precision necessary to sustain high metal-removal rates plus maintain long cutting tool life. 

The heavy-duty boring spindle bearings are protected with lip-seals plus metallic wipers for long life. The spindle is housed in a 400-pound carriage feedout carriage, providing dampening and rigidity. 

The Hautau C50 single tube endfinisher can machine a fixed amount from each tube end or face each end to control overall tube length. With our hydraulic tube stop, axial locating of the tube is positive and precise.

For applications requiring high-volume tube boring or ID grooving, we’ll engineer custom link-up systems from our lathe cutoff machines.  If you need to chamfer long mill lengths, we can integrate a pair of C50's into your existing system.
