C60 Single Tube Endfinisher Machine

The Hautau C60 single endfinisher machine is rigid, powerful and precise. Our massive box-frame, high-thrust spindle and rigid hydraulic chucking assure fast, repeatable machining at optimum feed rates.  The C60 can chamfer, bore, face and groove tubing or bar up to 6.75" diameter.  With our quick-change tooling and program storage, changeovers are fast and repeatable.

The heavy box-frame construction keeps all chucking and cutting forces contained within the frame, so there’s virtually no deflection. The heavy-duty boring spindle bearings are protected with lip-seals plus metallic wipers for long life.  The spindle is housed in a 400-pound carriage feedout carriage, providing ample dampening and rigidity.

The Hautau C60 single tube endfinisher can machine a fixed amount from each tube end or face each end to control overall tube length.  With our hydraulic tube stop, axial locating of the tube is positive and precise.

For applications requiring high-volume tube boring or ID grooving, we’ll engineer custom link-up systems from our lathe cutoff machines.  If you need to chamfer long mill lengths, we can integrate a pair of C60’s into your existing system.
