RC15 Rotary Cutoff Machine

The RC15 rotary-head tube cut-off system cuts round tube or pipe up to 1.5" diameter, without coolant, chips or material loss. Two large cut-off wheels rotate around the stationary tube for fast, efficient cutting without whipping or scratching of the tube. This process is ideal for fast cutting where the tube inside does not require chamfering.

The programmable hitchfeeder grips and advances the tube precisely, eliminating troublesome target stop mechanisms. This electrohydraulic slide moves smoothly at up rates to 50 inches per second, and produces cuts accurate within .005". The tube chucks automatically adjust to tube diameter, so no collet or gripper changes are required.
