RC30 Rotary Cutoff Machine

The RC30 rotary-head tube cutoff lathe is the smallest of our rotary cutoffs to include
integrated chamfering, for high-speed processing of tube or bar up to 3" diameter. The compact tooling cartridges allow cutting and chamfering tubes a small as .5" diameter.

The tube chucks adjust automatically to the programmed diameter, so there's no downtime for collet or jaw replacement. This machine has the fastest tube feed system available, with advance rates of 50" per second. Built-in features like chamfering, facing and grooving are easy to setup and use.

The 30HP headstock has ample power for fast cutting, plus constant surface speed (CSS) control to maintain optimum production rates.

All RC machines can cut mixed long and short lengths, to insure you get the best material utilization even when cutting from random length bundles.

Our optional inspection systems can monitor length, straightness, bore size and other process variables and make adaptive changes if required.
