Round Tube Loaders

Automatic bundle loaders ensure you’ll get the
highest production from your tube cutoff machine.
These proven loaders handle round tube or
barstock bundles up to 10,000 pounds or 9-inch
diameter.

All loaders feature a fully-welded frame with a
stiff, “box-tube” construction that insures the
loader will install fast and maintain alignment.

Bundle loaders are all hydraulic with adjustable
overload protection. Sequencing and diagnostics
are integrated into the cutoff control system, so
a single handwheel adjustment is all that’s required for diameter change.

Choose from either chain or strap tube loaders.
Chain loaders never require strap replacement or
adjustment, and are recommended for most
applications. Strap loaders come with nylon tube
stops for use with plating-quality tubing or soft
materials such as aluminum or copper.
