Shaped Tube Loaders

Our shaped tube loaders provide the solution to the challenges of trouble-free loading of square and rectangular tube from bundles into our Dual-Blade Shear tube cutoff machines.  These loaders also offer unique features for handling tubes that are too small or flexible to load from bundles, or tubes that have a critical surface finish.

Servo Dial Loader
Our servo dial loader is the ultimate solution for delivering rectangular and square tubing to our SC30 shear tube cut-off machine.  By tilting the bundle, the tubes slide off in neat rows, and are separated and fed into the cut-off machine.  The multi-nest dials are servo-comtrolled and handle up to 24 different tube profiles.

Indexing Chain Conveyors
Our indexing chain conveyors offer an alternative tube loading solution for shaped tubing.  Tubes are positioned on the chains by the operator, so the tube can be inspected and the weld-seam can be positioned for best cutting.  Up to 40 tubes can be staged for continuous cutting.
